Show off your certification badge

Display the certification plaque prominently in the reception area or lounge to build trust. Hang up the diploma for guests to see.

Use the title actively

Include "Certified Astroguide" in your signature, website, social media and marketing.

Actively inform guests about the offer

Tell us about astroguiding at check-in or in your welcome email/SMS before arrival. Make a post on social media: «We are now certified astroguide!» it creates engagement and visibility.

Checklist for reception and hosts

  1. Offer astroguiding as an on-site activity.  Make it visible in activity calendars, on screens, posters and room info. 

  2. Include the offer in welcome email, SMS or QR code at check-in.

  3. Have a clear answer when guests ask: «What can we do here tonight?»
    - «We offer a guided star experience with a certified astro guide.»

  4. Offer as extra service when ordering of stay, for example:
    «Add a magical night under the stars with Astroguide»

  5. Layer information cards or flyers with a brief explanation and booking info.
